Scheduling the First Appointment

We accept patients from ages 0–21 and older patients with special needs. When scheduling your child’s first visit, please have all personal, medical and insurance information available. Refer to the insurance page for information on our network providers.

Dr. Michael Posada and his Houston dental staff are waiting to cater to you and your child’s needs, so don’t hesitate to make any special requests. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions or concerns.

Before the Appointment

We will contact you a few days before your appointment to confirm or re-schedule, if necessary. If we are unable to reach you by your preferred contact method, we will try again the day before.

Please be courteous and let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

On the Day of The Appointment

To allow time to fill out any necessary paperwork, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Bring any important medical history or insurance information and inform us of any changes.

If any pre-payment is necessary, please be ready to pay before we start the appointment.

After the Appointment
