Why kids love Greenway Pediatric Dentistry

I am happy I’ve found this dentistry for my son. For starters the atmosphere is amazing! The ladies at the front desk were nice & welcoming. Dr. Mike is very informative & thorough. He made my son feel very comfortable. I loved our experience there. Definitely bring your little ones here.

Well I came to Google looking for another dental office for my children and came across this place. I visited the office for the 1st time today and I now understand the 5 stars ..Dr Lam and staff is awesome..Dr Lam was patient and very knowledgeable and had no problem with explaining to me why Certain things needed to be done and what touched me most is I receive a text message and email with information with today’s visit and future visit and a personal message thanking me today for todays visit and even remember my 3month old name who was not even there.😁 That makes a big difference especially knowing she really cares for kids and it shows.(I have already referred my sister’s to switch to this place) best dental service hands down

I brought my 8 month old to see Dr. Mike and was floored with the level of service! The office was modern, well kept and everyone was so kind. Dr. Mike took his time to tell me everything I needed to know about my baby’s dental care and was so gentle when cleaning her two little teeth. We look forward to this being her dental home as well as for our two older girls

Dr.Mike and team are amazing. We took our 8 year old for dental surgery and they went above and beyond to make sure the process was as painless as possible. They were very patient and took extra steps to ensure that child was comfortable. Dr. Mike talked us through every step of the process and stayed with us till we walked out of the door. He himself called us in the evening to follow-up. Before the surgery too he called us to answer any questions we had. This is a perfect example of “care with a personal touch”. I would highly recommend Greenway Pediatric Dentistry to all!

Dr. Mike is seriously the best! I was looking for someone who could help with a tooth extraction for my 5 yr old who was terrified of the dentist. He was so patient, and kept my son calm. Firstly I want to start off by stating how incredible the entire team is. It has been very challenging finding an office who actually cares about their patients. My son is special needs and has some challenges sometimes in stressful situations and the whole dynamic at Greenway pediatric completely eliminates stress, and gives going to the dentist something to look forward too! Not only is the office great, but you also get to experience Dr. Mike and Dr. Lam who in my opinion are 2 of the greatest in Houston not only in Dental, but you get thorough care, honesty, patience, and clarity! Definitely recommend, they also take most insurance and are willing to work with you if paying out of pocket! *Also Bilingual*

This pediatric dental office is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the dentists to the hygienists to the front desk staff. They are well equipped to deal with screaming toddlers and do it with a smile on their faces. They even spend the first part of the session examining and brushing a stuffed animal’s teeth to help children see that the experience is not scary plus they have tvs playing kids shows everywhere and you can request whatever you want. Dr. Lam spent extra time speaking with me to answer all my questions and ease my concerns. They send each kid home with a new toothbrush and a small toy. Also very on time for every appointment which is a huge plus. Very professional and highly recommended!
